For common roles such as van, delivery and Class 2 drivers we can usually place someone within 24 hours. Specialist or school transport roles with additional compliance may take a little longer.
Yes. Every driver holds an Enhanced DBS certificate. For roles involving children or vulnerable adults we also check the barred lists and use the DBS Update Service where available.
Safeguarding training teaches drivers to recognise and respond to signs of abuse, neglect or risk when transporting children or vulnerable adults. It is a standard requirement for school, SEND and care transport contracts and we provide it to all our drivers.
We regularly supply drivers to contractors delivering services within Reading, Wokingham, West Berkshire, Bracknell Forest and neighbouring authority areas. We understand the compliance evidence these contracts require.
For temporary and contract supply the driver is engaged through us, so we handle payroll, holiday pay and compliance. For permanent recruitment the driver joins your payroll after a successful introduction.
